Safety First at Gatlinburg Zip Line

zipliningWould your heart be pounding when stepping off into thin air? Soaring above the Smoky Mountains is a thrilling and unforgettable experience, and anyone can do it without fear at Adventure Park’s Gatlinburg zip line. If you want to feel the mountain breeze above the treetops yourself, we promise to give the you adventure of a lifetime and keep you safe in the process.

From the beginning, we’ve taken every precaution to keep families safe while at our Gatlinburg zip line. Our employees were carefully chosen because of experience, and we required them to complete extensive training in zip line safety guidelines before leading commercial trips.

While guides are an important part of our safety strategy, we also made sure our ride is the safest in the area. After careful research, we found that most zipline accidents occur for two reasons. The riders are either using a homemade or poorly constructed zipline. All of our materials have been approved by the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) and were obtained from an ACCT firm that has been in the industry for more than 40 years.

From top to bottom, Adventure Park’s Gatlinburg zip line is a safe and family-friendly environment. We want you and your family to have a great time without even the smallest injury, so our carefully chosen harnesses, lanyards and equipment is professional grade and engineered to meet and exceed industry safety standards.

Though safety is top concern, we also want you to have fun. Located on a 70 acre nature park, we have nine lines that run up to 2,000 feet long. Giving a clear look of the Smoky Mountains, there is no better view of the area. If you’re ready to soar the Smokies, give us a call at 865-453-8644 to reserve today.
